Where we deliver
We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipping methods and their cost appear before you pay, based on your city and the size and weight of the order.
Preparation and delivery time
- The merchant usually prepares the order within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on the city and the carrier.
- Orders may be delayed in busy seasons and for reasons beyond our control.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number when the order ships, and its status appears on "My orders".
On receipt
Check the parcel when it arrives and tell us at once about visible damage or shortages, in line with the returns policy.
Wrong address
Make sure of your address and mobile number. Re-shipping fees may apply if the order comes back because of a wrong address or because it was not received.
