These terms apply to everyone who sells through Shorouq Store. Submitting a seller application means you accept them.
Joining
- Sellers are accepted after their details and legal documents are reviewed (commercial register or freelance licence, and tax documents where they exist).
- The administration may refuse any application or suspend any account that breaks the terms.
Products
- Products are published after review and must be genuine, match their description and pictures, and be lawful to sell.
- Counterfeit or prohibited products, or products that break regulations or public decency, may not be sold.
Orders and shipping
The seller must prepare orders within the stated time, hand them to the carrier properly packed, and answer customers' questions and disputes on time.
Commission and payouts
The platform commission and its tax are calculated according to the seller's announced agreement, and payouts are transferred after the returns period ends under the approved payout schedule.
Suspension
A product or account may be suspended after repeated complaints, breach of the terms or false information.
