At Shorouq Store we care that you are satisfied. This policy governs returns and exchanges and follows the e-commerce regulation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Right to return
- You may request to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, unless it is one of the excluded items below.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its packaging and accessories.
- No reason is needed if the product matches its description and is in original condition; you bear the shipping cost unless the product differs from its description or is defective.
Items that cannot be returned
- Perfumes and personal-care items once their seal is opened, for health and safety.
- Made-to-order or customised products.
- Digital products once downloaded.
Wrong or defective items
If a defective product, or one different from your order, reaches you, you may exchange it or get a full refund including shipping, after telling us within the same period.
How to ask
From "My disputes" in your account open a request with the order, the reason and photos if needed; the seller or the administration will reply. The administration reviews the request if the two sides do not agree.
Refunds
The money goes back by the same payment method within a period set by the payment gateway and the bank, usually 5 to 14 working days after approval.
