Prices
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include value-added tax where it applies. Shipping cost and any discount appear before you pay.
Payment security
The payment form is shown by the payment gateway itself, so your card details never pass through our servers and we do not keep them.
Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed after a successful payment and you receive a message. If the payment fails nothing is charged; if an amount is held without a confirmation it returns to you automatically from the bank shortly, or write to info@wahatalmaarifa.com.
Invoices
An electronic invoice is issued for every order in line with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority rules.
Refunds
Refunds go back by the same payment method under the returns policy.
