He is president and founder of the Gulf Research Center Foundation, a private, independent research work in the areas of research in political, economic, social, and security faced by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Is also the president of Falcon Holding Group in Saudi Arabia, working in the field of information technology, air services and investment.
Since November 2003, Mr. Saqr became a member in the province of Mecca. He is currently working on a research program entitled "Gulf security": "dynamics, perceptions, and policies, 1971-2003", which is a comparative study between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Mr. Falcon special attention in the research issues in the strategic Gulf is a regular contributor in The Gulf, Middle East, Arab News (Arab News), Daily Star, and many other Gulf newspapers. Served as editor of the book for the annual Gulf in 2003 and 2004.Has been published many of his research, including: "The power of the Arab Peace", (Policy Analysis, Gulf Research Center, October 2004), and "combat violence and terrorism in Saudi Arabia" (Policy Analysis, Gulf Research Centre, May / May 2004).
