He leads and head the board of directors of Othiem Holding Company, which is an continuation for Saleh AlOthiem Trade Establishment, which was founded in 1376AH by the late Saleh AlOthiem, where that establishment has inaugurated its first location in the core of the commercial area at that time in Halat AlKomsan in AlBathaa at Riyadh, the company is specialized in trading of food products.
In 1981AD, Abdullah bin Saleh AlOthiem and his brothers continue the commercial work which was started by their father, by expand work via opening another market centers and malls to sell in whole & retail, the Otheim Holding Company name has famed as one of the important companies in the central market industry , and the whole sale to the customers, the company is continuing in providing a creative marketing experiment through the competitive prices, and distinctive services, the company leads this industry through establishing qualitative concepts in dealing with client and suppliers, and enters new technologies in retail and whole sales via its branches spread in the Kingdom, after this success, the company began new activities all of them achieve the same marketing mix that it planned for itself, which includes entertainment industry, establishing commercial centers, and real estate investment activity which is one of the important activities, which all are integrated with the previous activities.
In 2000, the Othiem Est. has turned to a limited company, and the company still achieves positive growth rates that confirm the remarked development in the company activity, where the growth rates reaches high figures, and the Othiem trade co. has divided into 3 companies which is: Abdullah AlOthiem Markets Company, which interested in retails of foods, and dealt in Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawol) in 23008, while Abdullah AlOthiem Real Estate Investment Company it interested in planning ,marketing , and operating the hyper commercial centers under the title “AlOtheim Mall” , in addition to AlOthiem Holding company which owns the big percentage of the other companies, it is considered an Investment Co.
